• Overall planning the activities, resources, budgets and operations of the Incubator. • Pre-incubation: Deal Flow generation, Screening of proposals, Research, Patent landscaping, working with entrepreneurs for their proposals, resenting proposals to the next level for selecting incubates. • Incubation: Lead formation of new business and provide incubation facilities to enable commercialization of the business: To induct new entrepreneurs; create Incubation plans and implement , assist in writing business plans, keep track of the Incubation process; help the incubates prepare proposals for getting funding. • Events and workshops: Planning various workshops/events/webinars for the Incubator, and execute the same with the help of team members. • Mentor Network: Develop the mentor network for the Incubator and work with those to make the Incubated venture successful. • Partnerships: Partnerships with other organizations for providing services to the incubates or the incubator; marketing the incubator, sponsorships…etc. Liaison with the government and industries. • Marketing the Incubator and Business Development. • Funding for Incubatee Projects: make Work with co-ordination with senior management for setting up and seed funds for start-ups. • Building and Managing the Incubator team. • Prepare all required reports and maintain a comprehensive set of records on all tenant activity, client activity and staff involvement in the process of tenant recruitment. • Administration of the Incubator and any other activities. *Additional Assignments: • Development of Business Plan, Financial Plan and Marketing Plan of Startups • Facilitate startups in their outreach and business-related tasks. • Performed startup evaluation weekly and monthly and reports. • Fine-tuned, alter and pivot business models of incubated startups. • Assisting startups in local industrial domains and linkages • Ensuring timely quality reporting from the incubated startups and incubator staff. • Identifying a company\'s growth opportunities and managing its team\'s effort to fill in these opportunity gaps. • Create and execute high-growth marketing campaigns. • Find new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing the customer base. • Liaise with immediate team and wider company pillars to ensure collaboration and understanding across the business.
