þ  Defining process and Testing scenarios, Integration, Verification and Rectification of the all installed systems as per the scope of Surveillance and
þ  Management Systems IBMS at Primary and Secondary locations (CDC Data Centers) covering 13 systems.
þ  Proactively participating in Surveying, planning, and preparation of the feasibility report, Cost estimations/compressions, BOQ systems based on environment, infrastructure of new projects. Preparation of bidding documents including RFP, PQD, PC-I, etc. for different phases of the projects.
þ  Single Sign On, Multi Solutions/Systems.
þ  Survey of other project locations from Zero Level to proposed number of Sites and Cameras for Safe City Integration. Technical Evaluation of Different Systems, and Technical Equipment.
þ  Meeting with a consultant and vendor to verify & modify the design of the running Management.
þ  Design, Supervised, and conduct Field surveys to ensure that work execution of newly approved projects should be in accordance with the RFP document.
þ  Supervised and Manage the installation & technical issues of the Hikvision portable speed dome mobile 4G cameras for the Police Response Units (PRU) surveillance Vehicles.
þ  Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all field assets.
þ  Manage and supervised the deployment and maintenance of all field assets equipment’s, including Camera Sites re-installation, Sites audits and Network infrastructure up gradation.
þ  Special Events Design and Deployment Mobilize Public Safety Infrastructure UAV DJI and VANGUARD.

þ  Fire Alarm: Designing Pre-Sales, making BOQ, Installation & Supervision and Hardware Installation Testing for QA of Edwards UTC Platform.
þ  CCTV and Access Control: Installation & Commissioning of both Analogue and IP Cameras, design and working on Kantech.

þ  Worked at Pakistan Secretariat Islamabad Project during employment period.
