To Supervise Multan Branch Sales & Service activities

- Overall Responsibility to run the region – 700 KMS Span from Sahiwal Punjab to Dherki Sindh- Pakistan for product support in terms of corrective, preventive maintenance & overhauling service contract sales, Engine Oil, Consumables & Corrective Parts & Spares sales along with warranty support.
- For Gaseous Population more than 250 Gensets at different locations in Industry, IPPs and CNG Pumps.
- For Diesel more than 500 Gensets installed for Industry, CNG Pumps, domestic & commercial buildings / customers.
- Controlling Over all Service Labour/ CAT Engine Oil / Spare Parts / Indent Sales and Annual Maintenance Contracts of Multan Region with commercial, industrial, govt & private sectors.
- Leading the service trained CAT team and providing after sales services of CATERPILLAR Gensets / Machines.
- Quality Control Management of Commissioning & Service works.
- Management of warranty claims.
- Business development - Overall execution of annual target plans & execution.
- Looking after the Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all CAT Machines &
Generators in South - Punjab Region by advising Service Teams and
Maintenances Reps about Preventive and Periodic maintenance.
- Working in close coordination with Product Support Director to align the
Business Forecasting and Budget Allocation for the whole financial year and taking care of the target goals to be processed smoothly.

o Responsible of all service department activities including job completion,
controlling overtime, Engineers’ training, personnel development & safeties.
• Feedback for Warranty cases to CATERPILLAR for improvisation and better
performance in Pakistan
• Working knowledge of various types of tools for planning efficient utilization of
manpower resources for operational activities, well defined and effective
periodic monthly, weekly and daily plans for allocating manpower recourses.

• Operation Mangement of Telecom Sites including the routine maintenance of Diesel Genset (capacity ranging 13- 400kva), HVAC System, Rectifiers, UPS, Line Conditioners, Grounding & other power distribution system.
• Preparing the Preventive Maintenance Schedules of Genset along the maintenance annual plan for all and ensuring its implementation for a continuous and smooth network operations
