Position: Assistant Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:

Data collection from client.
Identification of Assets for risk based inspection study as per Scope of Work.
Preparation of Asset registers for Equipment and Piping system under RBI study.
Development of corrosion loop and P&ID marking.
Identification of Damage Mechanism as per API-571
POF and COF evaluation and Risk Ranking for RBI assets as per API-581.
Development of inspection plan.
Inspection technique (UTS, UTG etc.) marking on P&IDs.
Development of final deliverable reports e.g

Risk based inspection study for Dragon Oil Turkmenistan.
Risk based inspection study for BAPCO.
Risk based inspection study for PETRO Energy Sudan.
Risk based inspection study for 120MW gas-fired Wartsila power plant Musandam Independent Power Project (IPP)

HSE Department
Position: HAZOP Scribe
Responsibilities:

Node marking for HAZOP study.
Preparation of HAZOP worksheet using PHA Pro.
Documentation related to progress report, recommendation summary and system node marking.

Projects:

Borouge Retrospective HAZOP & SIL study.
Élaboration D\'une Étude HAZOP - SIL (Development Of A HAZOP & SIL Study).

Engineering Department
Position: Internee Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:

Heat load calculations for HVAC design using HAP software.
Firefighting system hydraulic calculations using Fire Elite software.

Projects:

Design and development of central HVAC system for Agriculture Heritage museum in Faisalabad.
Analysis of existing HVAC system and redesign for IBM Karachi.
Design review of HVAC system for new office building of State Bank of Pakistan DI Khan. 
Design review of Firefighting system for new office building of State Bank of Pakistan DI Khan. 
Firefighting system design for Pakistan Tobacco Company warehouse.

Manufacturing Plant

Worked alongside the senior line manager learning about the various responsibilities and aspects of the job.
Helped with a waste reduction management plan to minimize the loss of material which can be reused.

Engine Assembly Plant

Learned in detail the internal construction and working of diesel engines.
Assembled and disassembled a diesel engine as part of a mini group activity.
Also learned about the various testing stages the engine undergoes during evaluation.

Tractor Assembly Plant

Observed the entire assembly process of the tractor from the chassis to the final product.
Worked with a team to design a more efficient layout of the production line to cut time cost and increase production.

Split AC and MWO Department

• Observed the entire manufacturing and assembly process of split air conditioners.
• Also learned about the internal working of the air conditioners
