I am working at Telenor Micro Finance Bank as Regional Operation Manager Central-1. I started my career from Telenor Micro Finance in 2012. In the duration of my service I was working in operations and business or any assignments which are given by Management. In the duration of my service I have learned banking operations, team management, and administration and many more from seniors. Now after 11 years, I am looking for a new opportunity to explore my self and career growth and develop.

Regional Operation Manager
Establish high standards of integrity and efficiency to ensure smooth functioning of business location
within the respective Area, in accordance with SBP regulations and internal policies and procedures of
Bank.
Ensure risk free operational environment to make each location independent profit center with its due
share in banks profitability.
Ownership of assigned targets of Regional Manager with focus on Regional operations to support the
accomplishment of targets with in the given timeframe and quality.
Coordination with and Internal and External auditors and also compliance bank and SBP regulatory
Monitor daily operations with in your Region and ensure that all branches and FCs are fully reconciled
on daily basis at the time of opening and closing. Any unit, which is out of reconciliation should not be
closed till the issue is resolved or formal permission is obtained from lines Regional Heads.
Undertake comprehensive and detailed visit to each of the location in the Region at least once in two
months, issue reports of discrepancies found and confirm their resolution and proper staff orientation.
The report must be duly signed by OM, BM and AM and maintain a record of the same for subsequent
scrutiny and audit.
Arranging regular training sessions for new staff, as well as existing staff ensuring that appropriate skill
levels are developed to allow good operational practice
