Create digital rout map as well as review and take progress for the field
team enumerators, supervisor, Listers using the web interface to be
provide to BRSP-NERS and BISP.
o Also mapping creating blocks enumeration areas and implementation of
filed activities as per PIC (Project Information and communication).
o Select the areas for Social mobilizer for Public Awareness. o Ensure logistic arrangement for all field workers like enumerators social
organizer, Listers, supervisor at field level in district office.

Work as a master trainer at District Musa khail and District Barkhan in Dec 2018 &april 2019 under BRSP (Baluchistan Rural support program).
Trained the supervisors about their responsibilities of data collecting from Enumerator Tabs and send it to servers, Train them for their work monitoring back check and shadowing of enumerators also supervise all activities in the Field.
Trained all the liters (Data Entry Operator) about Doors Marking and collecting data from each household and Structures (house building,shops, mosque, gardens, and total No of dwelling and non-dwelling areas)Trained all the Social Mobilizes (communication Officers) about their responsibilities and to manage community & Corner Meetings mosque announcements, distribution of leaflets, Display charts and Banners.
Train all the enumerators of BRSP-NSER at Musakhail and Barkhan in the year of 2018-19 of survey data collecting for BISP.

Held a corner Meeting community meeting distribution of leaflet and trained ten students regarding project and to achieved all type of field activities

Achieved all type of target which have given by the senior Management like health and and other activities like distribution of Medicine in BHUs
