EPI Monitoring.
Scope of Work:
The primary objective of hiring the third party monitors is to effectively and regularly monitor the polio eradication
activities with special focus on the work performance of all the stakeholders in pre-campaign, intra- campaign and
post campaign period and share the data/information about program gaps/challenges in a real time basis. Third
party monitors will also monitor communication network staffs and CBV workers in the districts and UCs (list of HR
districts and UCs are subject to change based on the epidemiological situation and the current geographical focus
areas is attached as annex 51) during all the three phases of campaign (pre-, intra-, post-) as per provided work-plan
(subject to change as per programme need). Monitoring will support in identifying the gaps and challenges in the
polio eradication activities and COMNet/CBV and Non-CBV work performance that will also support in making strategic decisions .

Responsible for the management of all project related procurement and supplies management of consumables .Keep a regular check the stocks of materials. Ensure that stock related data is computerized regularly, in addition to the maintenance of physical stock register. Maintain petty cash and ensure that all the items are purchased on compatible market price. Maintain log books and vehicle maintenance and repair records. Ensure proper fleet management. Ensure maintenance of staff related documentation including attendance register, leave record etc. Ensure proper filing of all monitoring data and information under the supervision of site manager. Monitor field teams and spot monitoring.
