Managing different HR function, includes Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Processing, Training and Development, providing orientation to new staff, Evaluations, preparing disciplinary action letters, and other third party related issues. Handling different domestic & internatinal clients and their queries.

Processsing payroll & making final settlements on monthly basis within defned timelines.

Maintaining and updating MIS. Facilitating employees from joining process till separation (Issuing contract letters, warning letters, show cause, release letters and experience letters etc.) Process monthly payroll of clients and final settlement when required.
Facilitating employees from joining process till separation. Issuing Offer Letters, Contract Letters, Promotion Letters, Designation & Department Change Letters, Visa letters, Service and Experience Letters etc.
Ensure that all pre/post hiring documentation is complete and strictly complying with the Audit standards.
Organizing and controlling complete HR payroll cycle for all clients on monthly basis. Ensuring adherence to corporate guideline on salary adjustments and promotions.
Managing increments and promotions of all staff.
Preparing of shortfall letters in case of incomplete documents received from employees/client.
Additionally, working as Internal Auditor of ISO 9001-2015 and Quality Management System (QMS) member in Primehr.
