Handling and resolving copmlex customer’s complaints.
Provide pricing and delivery information about product/service.
Ensure that the customer calls are handled and answered in a timely and accurate fashion.
Perperation of periodic report of unsatisfied or less satisfied customers and agents to identify and analyze reasons and
recommendation for solving theses problems/complians with the purpose to get customers and agents satisfied.
Setting up of new customer accounts process orders, filling of application/transaction form for customers.
Record details of inquiries, complains, customer interactions and transactions and details of actions taken.
