1.1 Ensure that the employee housing is well secured and all employees are accommodated as per their accommodation entitlements based on the Rotana Human Resources Policy
1.2 Ensure that all assets of the employee accommodation, which includes the building, furniture, equipment and operating facilities are well maintained
1.3 Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times within the employee housing
1.4 Exercise authority vested, concerning the security, room allocation and cleanliness of the accommodation
1.5 Ensure a regular and timely submission of Accommodation Occupancy Report (on or before 24th of every month) and any other assigned reports by the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager
1.6 Maintain an up to date record of all contracts relevant to all leased apartment and ensure that all renewal documentation are conducted on a timely basis
1.7 Assign accommodation to new employees as approved by the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager in accordance to the designation / grade of the employee
1.8 Ensure that the room is clean, well maintained and equipped with the standard amenities, prior to the arrival of the employee (new or from annual leave)
1.9 Re-allocate employees who have been promoted according to the new position / category, with reference to the furnished copy of any relevant approved document
1.19 Ensure employees are in a safe and well-maintained environment
1.20 Ensure proper guidelines are adhered to pertaining to external visitors
1.25 Ensure that the room linen are maintained in a clean condition at all times, with a high level of hygiene and exchanged as per policy
1.26 Ensure that regular and timely pest control treatment is scheduled, communicated and conducted
1.27 Ensure that an inventory of each room/flat is maintained properly
1.28 Ensure to keep a considerable amount of stock for needed items, store appropriate and maintain correct counts and inventories
