•Responsible for construction and supervision of all activities relating to civil
works.
•Coordination with clients and Design team for resolving construction issues on
site to run the work smoothly.

•Review inspector\'s daily reports and preparation of engineer\'s daily diary, and
general oversight of inspector\'s daily activities including works assignments,
on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractor\'s
operations.
•Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site as
required by the RE. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
•Continuous inspections and consultation with the RE including the preparation
of written and oral reports on contractual and procedural matters.
•Coordinate the interface of the construction work with contractor on the site.
Orient inspectors to verify that contractor is following his approved site Health
& Safety plan.
•Orient, assign, and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis
so that all contractor activities are adequately covered.

•Execute and supervise all the finishing work as per the approved plan / schedule
complying with all the cost & quality parameters.
•Execution of all Civil and RCC works as per specifications
•Ensure good finishing and quality for all civil & interior fit-out
•Execution and supervision of foundation and water proofing works
•Supervision of Utilities work in the building
•Supervision of concrete, backfilling and reinstatement work
•Supervision of elimination of wastage in all forms including materials, plant and
staff, especially targeting the prevention of rework
•Study of drawings and reporting issues to respective consultants, architects and
other authorities & taking follow-up for the same
•Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
•Calculation of quantities steel ,concrete & other site materials make BBS
•Direct and guide Technicians to their respective assigned duties
•Handling sub-contractors, obtaining clearances for various works
•Check sub-contractor bill as per work order and status
•Quality ensuring of all civil works carried out by the sub-contractors
•Visual inspection on the surface condition of concrete works in order to identify
any damages, such as cracking and delamination
•Day to day basis supervision & inspection of all civil works as per company
standards
•Reporting daily activities and Progress to the Project Manager
•Update usage and availability of materials daily to avoid backlogs
•Conduct safety meeting regularly
•Assist in the delivery of engineering excellence in safety at assigned site
•Trouble shoot the problems and complete the work in the given Time bond

•Collection of data from different support agencies related to water and drainage
systems of Lahore
•Field visits for condition survey of OHRs and existing water supply network
•Conditional auditing of problematic tube wells by flow meters in sub-divisions
