I am working with the Humanitarian and development sector for the last sixteen years with more than 8 years of emergency and early recovery experience with earthquake and flood-affected populations with technical skills information management, Monitoring Evaluation, programme formulation and operational arraignment, assessment of implementation and planning and budgeting for multisectoral programmes with database management of large programmes.
Looking into the position, the technical skills highly matches with my current work. I am currently managing the programme database, which includes the data cleaning, reporting on the data gaps for correction, preparation of summary tables, presentation, and graphical presentation of the data against the set indicators of the programme. Along with this, I prepare, the monitoring tools, templets for field team and short component assessment checklists.
Being the humanitarian partners' worker, I have extensive experience in emergency repose, early recovery and rehabilitation sector with donor-funded programmes. The expertise in CBRM training for communities and TOT expertise to partner organisations. Along with this, I have extensive expertise in Multisectoral Initial Rapid assessment and reporting working with partner UN agencies in Earthquake affected, and flood affected populations in Kashmir and Sindh province of Pakistan and food security in Afghanistan.
Besides these, I have hand-on expertise in operational activity and sub-activity planning. Work breakdown planning, budgeting and tracking of programme progress and process with the partner NGOs, assessment of Programme interventions against key performance Indicators (KPI) and preparation of Monthly monitoring reports and monitoring action plans for tracking results from input to immediate outcome and Impact level.
