TDAP is a premier trade organization of the country under the umbrella of Ministry of Commerce, mandated to have a holistic view of global trade development and to contribute toward the trade development of Pakistan. I am responsible to conduct data-driven research on Pakistan\'s exports and in different markets for different products with the aim to facilitate the policy-making process more informed at the ministerial level. The position also demands to develop procedures for the implementation of different government initiatives for export promotion.

RSPN is one of the leading organizations in the social development sector in Pakistan. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in a right-based project on “Improving Adolescents’ Lives in Pakistan, I was responsible for carrying out both qualitative research and monitoring of project activities within the particular political and cultural context of district Khairpur and Ghotki in Sindh Pakistan. My task entailed developing M&E tools and their implementation given the nature of the project, supervision of data collection and database management in the project intervention areas, providing technical support during project implementation and coordinating with project teams on matters relating to M&E. Furthermore, I was responsible for qualitative and quantitative surveys, producing a research report, monthly and quarterly project reports

As a management trainee officer, I was part of branch banking operations. I was responsible to facilitate customers in opening new bank accounts, maintaining existing accounts, handling inward and outward clearing and related queries and coordinating with National Institutional Facilitation Technologies. Further to that, I was responsible to assist and coordinate with facilitating customers in internal compliance and audit.

Being part of the research team that carried out research on Lahore auto parts industry, focusing SMEs, I was responsible for data collection, analysis and report writing.
