Registration/Conversion:
Ensure allocated registration and visa targets for each Student Counsellor is achieved whilst also ensuring the effective supervision and monitoring of other Student Counsellor
Supervise the repair of any faulty equipment so that performance will not be affected
Assist the Regional Manager in ensuring the CRM is kept up to date and real time.
Work with the Student Counsellors in ensuring that both the students and the institution promptly informed as to student progress.
Governance:
Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with Company operational and HR regulations and processes
Supervise all Student Counsellors to ensure compliance with Company application procedures/ student guidelines at all times
Ensure all Student Counsellors follow due process with all students and accurate documentation is carried.
Operations/Reporting:
Ensure regular submission of reports from all Student Counsellors to the Regional Manager
Assist the Regional Manager in preparing Monthly Requisition for Branch
Prepare and send monthly petty expenditure report to the Regional Manager vis-à-vis received running cost
Supervise all customer service related issues in the branch.
