PFreelancer is a Pakistan based Startup which will be using MachineLearning & Artificial-Intellegence to provide a robust solution to match buyers with right freelancers unlike existing crowd-sourcing platforms while also addressing multiple issues faced by local freelancers, more details will be discussed with selected candidate.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join PFreelancer as a co-founder. The role can start as part-time, with the view to transition to full-time as the demands of the project become greater. We need someone who is willing to actively contribute ideas to the development of the product, and believe in the company's mission of bringing a useful tool to hire services on the go.The next few months are all about customizing MVP, launching & making it simple for local businesses, so this is crucial

YOUR ROLE

As Co-founder, responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead the development of the product by liaising with an outsourced team (since this is a freelance platform so we will be relying on our talent or outsourcing instead going conventinal way to hire in-house resources) to set an example).
Platform Engineering & Cybersecurity
Contribute to product design by assessing the viability of the idea from a technical point of view
Advise on the technical direction and dicisions of the company
Communicate the technical aspects of the business to investors, users & other stakeholders

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Enthusiastic about joining a new venture as a co-founder
Passionate about developing new tools and technologies
Ability to overcome challenges through problem-solving
MS or BS in CS/IT
5+ years of technology leadership and development experience managing high-performing distributed engineering team.

COMPENSATION:

- This is an unpaid role. This will remain the case until funding is raised.

- 3% to 5% Share in equity based on experience/commitment (Approx. £30,000 to £50,000 worth common stocks)
