Plan and implement administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Ensure that factory operations are performed in seamless and efficient manner.
Streamline administration procedures to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing cost.
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and support company's vision.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Contract Labour Management.

Facility administration, good housekeeping, pest control activities and other administrative activities at Site.
Ensure Employee Services like Canteen, Transportation and Uniform management.
