The main function of a recruiter is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.

This is an ideal role for an individual with a desire to join a fast paced customer based industry with enormous growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to build relationships and develop social networks of highly skilled technical professionals
  • Recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews) for full time and contract opportunities locally and nationally
  • Prescreen employment applications and conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
  • Coordinate face to face interviews with short listed candidates with hiring managers
  • Prepare and post job postings/advertisements
  • Meeting and exceeding on-time delivery service level agreements for their customer(s).

Skills:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources OR Computer Science 
  • Previous technical recruitment experience is preferred
  • Experience with and an interest in social media tools and social media trends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal/external candidates.
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of information effectively
  • Experience with and an interest in social media tools and social media trends
