Positions has become open for Female Assistance Office Administrator Tele Sales Marketing & Customer Service, the right candidate must have minimum 3 years’ experience as Office administration and Tele- Sales and Marketing with proven track records.

Exceptional verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
Organized, Punctual and Presentable
Must know and knowledge of Microsoft and Tally ERP9
Able to work under pressure
Team player as well as able to perform independently

Main Responsibilities Assistance Office Administration

Assisting field sales team with order process and account queries.
Orders confirmation and processing.
Regular service calls to customers.
Money receivable and regular follow up.
Tracking sales team daily activity.
Preparing sales team route reports
Attending to field sales daily sales reports.
Attendance records

Tele-Sale Marketing and Customer Service.

Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
Attention to detail.
Must be target driven and motivated
Ability to deal with key decision-makers.
Ability and knowledge who to identify new customer using online search engines and portals.
Able to visit customer if and when required.
