Detailed Job Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by helping them select Studex products.
- Can achieve daily sales target
- Report office daily with updated sale report
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner & responds to customers queries.
- Directs customers by escorting them to Studex counters.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Inventory Management (Stock Check & Report – daily)
- Keeps Management (Vendors) informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Managing in & out store brand visibility, managing the visual aids, posters and all promotional materials.
In a nutshell, encouraging customers to purchase products, assist in finding and purchasing the required merchandise in a retail environment & managing the inventory.
