She would be responsible for regularly reviewing all the relevant personnel policies, procedures and practices and ensuring that these are consistently updated and implemented.PINEAL is looking for a dynamic, creative result-oriented person with thorough understanding of standard HR policies and procedures who can contribute towards achieving organizational goals through proper allocation of relevant human resource and work as a strategic partner.
Key Accountabilities:-
1- Recruitment & Selection
Effectively manage and administer staff recruitment & selection process in order to ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to and required advise/support is provided to the recruitment panel during the process.On-boardingEnsure that all new starters are provided a formal orientation in to the organization and all the relevant policies and procedures.Ensure all the required documentation for new starters are collected and maintained appropriately.
2- Compensation & Benefit Management
tManage and regularly review compensation program, conduct salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget) and revise as necessary, in order to ensure that it is competitive.Ensure staff benefits are administered effectively.
3- Performance Management
4- Training & Development
Periodically carryout training need analysis for staff, develop an annual training plan and facilitate/deliver training accordingly within the available budget.
5- Employee Relations
6- HR Record Management:
Properly update record of all HR related documents both in Hard and soft documents and timely upload soft data on ERPAny other HR related tasks assigned by the Director.

50K - 60K PKR + Other incentives including fuel allowance + Medical + Other incentives after probation period.
