PINNACLE is looking for a "Senior Support Specialist" to provide technical support & excellent customer service to our customers. This role requires a candidate with a high level of understanding & experience in technical troubleshooting.
Skills & Experience Required:
-Must have strong technical skills in technology product troubleshooting
-Experience of planning & implementing systems & network integrations.
-Command in high quality IT End User Support
-Confident & clear English language skills with customers at all levels.
-In-depth knowledge of networking including Router, Bluetooth, Geo-fencing, Wi-Fi & Wireless Technology.
-Good understanding of Android & IOS operating systems.
-Have knowledge in garage door openers & smart garage door controllers.
Responsibilities:
-Providing customer support via chat, call & emails.
-Assist & supervise the support team.
-Involved in the creation of process & procedure documents.
Qualification: Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in IT/Software field
Shift: Monday - Friday (Night Shift)
