Pioneer Logics is looking for an HR Assistant.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate in relevant field.

What We’re Looking For:

Facilitating human resources processes
Participating in recruitment efforts
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Assisting in new employment assessments
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
Assisting in orientation sessions of new hires
Maintaining employment status and similar records
Providing customer service to organization employees
Preparing new employee files
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Maintain leave management record of all employee
Assisting with the performance review processes
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Fluency in written English.
Solid communication skills
BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Fresh graduates can apply.
Candidate residents of Johar Town or surroundings will have an edge.
