Technical Expertise & Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, packages, and pricing
Support our sales team, making it easy for them to connect with prospective customers.
Guiding the customers and prospects through various processes of the service/product
Keep accurate records of inquiries generated and the subsequent responses
Collaborate with the Marketing, and Technical teams to understand the service
