We are looking for a Finance / HR Assistant to manage day to day operations related to Finance, HR and Operations.


Key Responsiblities Include;



  • Maintenance of books of accounts in Excel & Quick Books

  • Preparation of all type of vouchers along with supporting documents for financial record

  • Maintenance of petty cash and weekly reporting to line manager

  • Ensuring internal controls in Finance & HR Department

  • Report generation from quick books including GL, Trail etc.

  • Outdoor work related to procurement, bank and other matters

  • Posting of job advertisements of different job portals

  • Initiating the recruitment process for new hiring

  • Keep an eye on attendance record and maintain it on daily basis from biometric and manual record

  • Maintenance of leave record, time sheets and applications of staff members

  • Generation of salary slips and sending it to all employees

  • Maintenance of Financial and HR Record according to best practices

  • Tagging of files and separating them through dividers for each department

  • Coordination with different stake holders of the company in different matters

  • Make sure all staff follows rules and regulations of the company and complete their working hours on daily basis

  • Participation in skype meetings with clients and off shore offices upon need for reporting and sharing updates related to different Finance & HR Matters

  • Supervising the support staff in office maintenance and cleaning

  • Any other task related to Finance, HR and Operations
