Must have strong existing relationship with numerous employers across different industries. Manage the complete process of getting candidates hired by contacting employers through various mediums, receiving vacancies information, offering suitable candidates along with the CVs, getting the interviews conducted, managing appointment letters, following up with the employed candidates/employers for M&E requirements and other feedback. The position requires extensive traveling and continuous contact with employers. Reportable to – Head of Placements. Minimum experience 5-8 years. Prior placements experience is required.
Candidates with demonstrated experience in HR/job placement work with strong flair for marketing and networking with employer groups and organizations through which such placement can be enabled are required. Knowledge of technology platform through which such placements can be enabled is a major advantage in being considered for employment. These are Lahore based positions. Maximum age limit is 45 years. Minimum qualification required is MBA/M. Com/Masters in HR/Masters in Public Relations etc. prior experience with TSPs (Training Service Providers) would be an advantage.
