Carries out Regular Quality Check to Ensure Conformity With Standards.
Prepare Daily Inspections Report.
Hourly Basis line Inspection.
Root Cause Analysis of Defected Parts & Providing counter measures.
Jig/ fixture preparation
Ensure Product quality & Defect free supply to Customer
Data Analysis of Customer/ In house complain
Use of SPC Techniques to monitor / control Production quality
Periodic Calibration of lab equipment & Record keeping
Prepare & Present Weekly / Monthly Quality Report
Testing of Product as per Customer need requirement
Ensure implementation of QMS Procedures
Internal Quality Audit
Preparation of check list for Product & Testing Procedures SOP, WI, Formats etc.
Implementation of KAIZEN/ 5 S
Assist Dept. head in Continuous improvement
Training of Co staff Team members
Customer / Vendor visit
Ensure efficient housekeeping, Maintain discipline
Liaising amongst different department and complete any other task(s) assigned by Management
Document & present new ideas with confidence to management pertaining to any innovative ideas that night benefit the Organization
