- Administers effective housekeeping at all assigned locations, ensure tidy cleanliness of infrastructure/buildings etc.

- First Aid arrangements and Assist injured employee’s for First Aid help & help during hospitalizations process.

- Deals issues related to safety & hygiene for this purpose and suggest management on continual improvement in consultation with HSE Executive
- Supervision of contractors and ensuring timely signing / renewal of service / labor agreements.
- Manage all communication means at site.
- Responsible to manage day to day issues
- Oversee canteen contractor performance
- Responsible for executive vehicles repair & maintenance and bills processes.
