An Engineering Co, located in Karachi has an urgent requirement for the position of Injection Molding Shift Supervisor Job Requirements:

DAE/B.E (Polymer/Mechanical)
3-5 years hands on experience
Candidate should display an understanding of molding machine and its parameter setting, molds changing and its maintenance
Trouble shooting, preparation of daily production reports and maintaining records of machine breakdown, material receipt and consumption
Implementation and follow up on 5S, Kaizan and Kanban activities
Candidate having experience in operating Conventional machine (Like Lathe and milling etc.) in workshop will preferred
Candidate should have an energetic personality with some good communication, team work and supervisory skills
Candidate needs to be be able to make on the spot decisions and implement company directives as required.
