A business development manager has primary responsibilities:

Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Researching organizations and C-Level Executives online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Calling Clients in the USA

Skills we required:

The ability to handle pressure and meet Targets
Excellent Spoken English and Communication Skills
Excellent time management and organization
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
High level of integrity and work ethic

Job Description

A US/British accent is preferred, to develop direct relationships with the C-level Executives from Fortune 1000 Companies. Cold calling potential participants (C-Level executives) on the phone. Identify decision makers within the targeted leads to begin sales process. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients. Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with necessary details.

Salary Package:

30,000-35,000 PKR/month

Uncapped monthly commission (Average OTE up to one lac rupees) highly lucrative quarterly and yearly bonuses.

Timings: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Gender: No preference

Location: Lahore
