We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Job Description

·                Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

·                Oversee day-to-day operation

·                Monitor team performance and report on metrics

·                Discover training needs and provide coaching

·                Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

·                Suggest and organize team building activities

·                Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement

·                Work with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team’s requirements

·                Obtain and coordinate space, furniture, equipment, and communication lines for team members and students.

·                Establish meeting times, places and agendas

·                Coordinates meetings with the product committee, project manager and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task

Requirnments 

·         In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

·         Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

·         Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary

·         Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance

·         Provide necessary business information

·         Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel

·         Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule

·         Help keep the team focused and on track

·         Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

·         Excellent communication and leadership skills

·         Organizational and time-management skills

·         Decision-making skills

·         Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

·         Must having 1-2 years’ experience of working in educational institute
