Job brief

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shehzore truck / hiace van driver to drive for free eye camps throughout the country.

Responsibilities

Transport camp medicines and equipments over land to and from camp places.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Plan routes for long distances and meet delivery schedules.
Log Book, vehicle reports and small expenses like fuel/toll receipts management.
Knowledge driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking) as well as with trust policies and procedures.
Loading or unloading of vehicle.
Report defects, accidents or violations.
On / Off duty hours (Sunday is not holiday during Camps)

Requirements

Proven work experience as a truck driver
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
Local area knowledge but some long-distance driving will also be required, so experience in of Punjab cities, KPK and Kashmir areas is desirable.
Valid truck driving licence.
Perfect eyesight with good health age ranging 25 – 40 years

Working hours: 09 – 06 pm (On / Off duty hours)
