  • Steel door manufacturr and exporter seeks an experienced provurement officer to manage purchasing and inventory control of materials , components and sub components.
  • Applicants must:
  • Speak, read and write perfect English.
  • Have managed manufacturing inventory before.
  • Be familiar with steel products manufacture and metal finishing
  • Job duties include:
  • Manage inventory using company ERP system
  • Source suppliers of materials and components to find best quality and price. 
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and monitor price charges. 
  • Provide forecasts of inventory requirements.
  • Write P.O.s and monitor delivery performance 
  • Maintain inventory stock levels at optimm levels.
  • Ensure all materials and components received are to standards set.
  • Track sub component production production and inventory usage.
  • Validate invoices, approve for payment and interface with accounting department.
  • Report status and progress to upper management.
