  • Should be capable of working independently for making accurate data entries and should be able to do various reconciliations and should be able to generate reports.
  • Should have command on accounting software. i.e Peachtree, Manager.
  • Manage daily operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, business cash & bank receipts, general ledger, expense accounting, purchase accounting, business cash & bank payments.
  • Correct vouching and verification of every voucher submitted with high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly Payroll.
  • Handling all legal notices and compliance of tax authorities with the help of Consultants.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Well conversant with MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Power Point and MS Excel.
