Keep close contact with Government & Non-Government agencies like EOBI, PESSI, PTCL, WAPDA, LDA, WASA, Labor Department and Police etc, for smooth working at Factory and for the better provision of services to the employees.
Control essential services such as telephone, faxes, courier, postal services, pick & drop of officers & workers.
Transport management.
To assist Admin manager in recruitment of workman, i.e. interviewing, short listing, reference checking, etc.
Scrap Handling.
To physically check employees on duty/overtime.
To ensure proper cleanliness in the factory.
Labor dealing/ grievance handling.
Security Management.
