Process all the purchase and expense vouchers/returns on timely basis.
Review freight rates as per approved rates and supervision of APVs for goods and services including PO, comparative statement & invoice, ensuring three-way match for every APV.
Manage HR expenses, salaries, monthly & annual accruals and other general expenses.
Review for accurate selection & application of tax rates as per existing law for all types of invoices.
Supervise timely follow up of CPRs against tax deductions and debit notes from customers.
Getting AP due balances report prepared for payment runs and review, report age analysis of AP and advances on weekly basis.
Ensure effective & efficient reconciliation of all suppliers’ payables and resolve reconciling items on timely basis.
Assist in reconciliation of sales taxes return & withholding statements on monthly basis.
Assist in preparation of data for compliance with tax notices issued by the FBR & with annual statutory audit.
