- Responsible for advertising, interviewing and hiring of employees.
- To handle new hire induction process.
- Issue all departmental letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, resignation, retirement, termination & final settlement.
- Administer HR operations.
- Maintenance & controlling of documents and employee files.
- Maintenance of database and logs.
- Administer performance management system.
- Ensure legislative and procedural compliance at all times. Implement necessary corrective action wherever deferment to aforementioned is observed.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, position descriptions, corporate culture, wages, and opportunities for career development and employee benefits.
