Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for various business development initiatives, sales and digital marketing activities, that will drive business growth and profitability.

  • Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across the assigned territory. Grows and manages a balanced pipeline across assigned territory to achieve new business revenue growth. The assigned territory shall be Gulf, especially UAE.
  • Generates new business leads for all service lines and partners throughout the sales cycle. Conduct the necessary research to locate the proper contacts within each targeted account via Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Company Websites, Conferences, etc.
  • Solicits new business via networking, email, and other lead sources.
  • Market research, data analysis, and initiation of contact with prospective clients.
  • Document each customer contact and appointment made in CRM.
  • Following up on business opportunities and setting up meetings. Perform pre-sales and post-sales activities related to assigning projects.
  • Understand work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with the technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
  • Utilization of B2B market.
  • Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
  • Submits weekly progress reports and tracks activities using CRM.

 Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be splendid at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
