Candidate will be required to do following:

  • Professionally administer all incoming calls.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Management
  • Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
  • Candidate must have good communication skills
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.Maintain the visitor area.
  • Type memos, correspondences, reports, and other documents.Perform a variety of clerical duties, receiving, stocking and distributing of office supplies.
  • Affectively build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using
