- Work with different controller-type machines Preferred MACH3.
- Follow supervisor instructions to do proper Job setup on the machine.
- Arrange tooling specific to job setup.
- Read and Understand Drawings, specifications, Manufacturing symbols, and parameters.
- Prepare Machines for Manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of G&M-codes can perform minor modifications on machines.
- Maintain machines and equipment by cleaning and sharpening tools and components on daily basis.
- Fill floor documents on daily basis specific to machine operation and productions.
- Inspect critical dimensions as per the process sheet before part unclamp.
- Use Measuring tools (steel rules, tape measures, calipers, gauges, micrometers, dial indicator)
- Hand tools (cutters, holders, spindles)
- Work on weekends and overtime if required.
