Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Power Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing power electronic systems, including EV chargers and microgrid components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our products into various renewable energy systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced power electronic systems, such as EV chargers, inverters, and converters, for renewable energy applications
Optimize system performance through simulation, modeling, and testing
Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineers to develop integrated solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals
Support the continuous improvement of our products through failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action implementation
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in power electronics, renewable energy, and EV charging technology to drive innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in power electronics design and development, with a focus on renewable energy systems and/or EV charging technology
Strong understanding of power electronic topologies, control systems, and magnetics
Proficient in simulation and design tools, such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or similar
Experience in embedded systems and firmware development is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present technical information to various audiences
