Creation & Management of Listings on our Amazon accounts.
Developing links with Amazon or other market places for FBA and vendor central
Assisting with product merchandising and pricing across Amazon Marketplace and eBay
Writing product descriptions and resizing images using Photoshop, working with our suppliers to gather missing product data and images.
Taking ownership of customer enquiries & providing customer support.
Strong understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing by working with different market places;
Assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns & providing great ideas as part of a team!
Work closely with central software operator to process orders and communication with customers.
Merchandising and Pricing of products based on sales trends, data & competition.
Ensuring that stocks and inventory are well-organized and maintained.
Examining and inspecting products for defects and damages.
Following the state health and safety regulations and practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Acute attention to detail.
Demonstrated success and comfort in working in a very fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Experience / Requirements

Previous experience within an e-commerce business or digital marketing agency (Essential)
Experience with Amazon and/or eBay (Preferred)
Experience with image processing and Photoshop (Preferred)
Content Creation & Keywording Experience!
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
E-Commerce Knowledge (Amazon Seller Central, Ebay & Website)
