Finance Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager (qualified) with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ideal candidate is expected to be detailed oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, and deliver on tight deadlines

Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
Analyze and costs and recommend cost savings.
Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Solid cost systems background.
Analyze existing budgets.
Develop budgets and forecasts.
Prepare budget reports

Work Experience & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Account (CA, ACMA)
Minimum 3 (preferably more than 5) years of progressive financial accounting, cost accounting, financial planning, reporting and analysis experience
Experience of budgeting and forecasting shall be highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly level of proficiency with Financial ERPs, Microsoft Excel and other tools to consolidate and analyze data for presentation of insights and recommendations.
