We are looking for a "Recovery Officer" to join our company.

Duties & Responsibilities

The role and function of a Recovery Officer include the following duties and responsibilities:

Ensure that the assigned collection and Recovery targets are met through establishing contacts on the Phone, Messages, and emails.
Keep tracking outstanding debts
Generating invoices and account statements of the customers
Performing account reconciliations
Follow up on major debtors' accounts assigned to ensure recoveries through calls.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
Handle customers' questions or complaints
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Skills and qualifications

A University degree from any related field is preferred.
2 years and above experience in relevant field.
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
