Revit Draftsman / AutoCAD Expert

Premier Choice International – a leading real estate organization, with multiple mega-projects in Pakistan, UAE and US is looking for a Revit Draftsman / AutoCAD Expert who shall be required to develop and prepare construction drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD & Revit Software.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Revit models (Architectural, Civil & MEP) from AutoCAD drawings.
Preparation of Quantity Takeoff sheets in Revit.
Preparation of Drawings Set (Architectural, Civil & MEP) as per provided drawings in AutoCAD.
Preparation and modification of electrical schematics, point-to-point wiring diagrams, and panel layout in Revit in accordance with company and industry standards.
Interpret MEP plans, blueprints, sketches, and/or other drawing types in preparation for layout and detailed installation plan in Revit.
Coordinate and manage Revit models.
Modify existing drawings per engineering markups.
Reading design specifications and technical drawings.
Provide Revit drafting support for associates and project managers during the construction phases of various projects.

Skills/ Qualifications:

Expert Knowledge of Revit in Architectural, Civil & MEP required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Revit Architectural, Civil and MEP/AutoCAD.
Overall understanding of Drawings (Architectural, Civil & MEP)
Certification in Revit will be preferred.
Must be a team player, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with others and have strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and precision in work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and drive to learn.
