We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
Visiting similar businesses to get acquainted with the current market norms in the field.
Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Site visit, if and when needed
Achieve the monthly sales target assigned by the manager
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
after-sales support
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

Besides that, the task assigned by the management, from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in any sales-related Job with a Bachelor’s degree in a similar discipline or related field.
Good communication skills.
Command on Microsoft office
Strong interpersonal skills
