Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Marketing / Business Development Manager, preferably from an engineering background, having experience of working in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate leads through digital marketing and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

Note:

Position needs to be filled ASAP
Strong digital marketing skills is a must, candidates with only sales experience will not be considered

Responsibilities

Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Generate leads through digital marketing
Discuss and develop promotional & marketing strategy / activities with the marketing team
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
Organize and attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

Qualifications

Bachelors in engineering or equivalent experience
5-6 years' prior industry related business development and digital marketing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
