We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints for US Based company. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
*Excellent Communication skills is a must
Responsibilities:
· Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
· Provide information about products and services
· Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
· Review or make changes to customer accounts
· Handle returns or complaints
· Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
· Research answers or solutions as needed
· Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help
Timings:
Night Shift (6pm to 3am)
Contract length: 12 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
