To receive and ensure correctness of the items as per the PO.
To stack and store all items as per inventory control practices.
To establish reorder quantity of each item, using data of previous demands and initiate demand automatically, after approval of the management.
To ensure availablity of each requisite item at all the time, based on the previous demand activity.
To maintain inventory of all items in offices and issue these on proper issue voucher, duly signed by the concerned employee.
To keep record of shelf life items, their appropraite storage under controlled temperature and other storage conditions.
