Ensures and maintains the availability of stock all stationary supplies, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
Prepare and maintains record of all print adds as well as their artworks and quotation.
Tactical understanding of all social media platforms such as fb, Instagram, twitter etc.,)
Proof read and edit posts before publication.
Track after sales services such as:
Get the newly installed kitchens photographed.
Assuring client satisfaction by coordinating with the clients.
Make sure to send greeting cards to clients.
Must manage the complaints of clients.
Identify current market trends and suggests accordingly.
Understand the brand objectives and keeping the target audience in mind, making relevant brand guidelines for its application in the activities.
Have an ability to respond to customer queries.
Handling showroom branding interior inside and outside.
Perform others duties as assigned.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding company financial and other information.
Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel and some basic knowhow about Photoshop and Illustrator.
