We are looking for a young and energetic customer service representative for our online store. Job duties will be as follows:
-Calling customers for order confirmation, feedback, return parcels and follow up with courier company
-Replying potential customers on facebook, whatsapp, instagram and email and proivde them with information about product and service
-Maintaining orders and stock movement
-Maintaining inventory on POS software and warehouse
-Handling daraz account
-Timing 10 to 7 pm
-Mon - Sat
-Fluent in ENGLISH
-must be very good in EXCEL
-Excellent SELLING, COMMUNICATION and NEGOTIATION skills
-must be a QUICK LEARNER
-PRIORITIZING and TIME management
-Should be TARGET ORIENTED, HARD WORKING AND PUNCTUAL
